During the diagnosis, she was told she had mild aortic stenosis, and we were advised to wait for surgery. For over a year, we continued hearing that the condition was mild. However, when her hemoglobin dropped again in October 2025 and she was admitted once more, another doctor confirmed that the condition was actually severe aortic stenosis. This was also the first time a Perceval valve was used at Sparsh Yeshwanthpur, which is a significant achievement.
