    Medical College Hospital”- dissertation for the MS (general surgery) degree

CLINICAL TRIALS:

  • Sub investigator in the FIBRINOGEN trial which is a Multicentre, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel, Phase III Study to assess the efficacy and safety of Fibrinogen Concentrate (FGTW) in the Management of bleeding in patients undergoing complex cardiac surgery (Involving CPB). It is being held in 14 sites across 5 countries.
  • Sub Investigator in the ROMA Trial: Approximately 2000 participants will take part in this trial worldwide in at least 25 international centres. 210 participants will be recruited in up to 20 NHS Trusts across UK. Sub Investigator in the SENTINEL Trial:Efficacy and mechanism of sentinel skin flap reduction of solid organ (lung) transplant rejection: A randomised controlled trial
